🍊 Mandarin Orange Salad (Classic & Easy)
Ingredients
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter)
- Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently mix the mandarin oranges and pineapple.
- Fold in marshmallows and coconut.
- Stir in sour cream until everything is coated.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving (overnight is even better).
