Oh heck yes—this is a dangerously good air-fryer snack 🧀🔥 Crispy on the outside, gooey in the middle, zero oven drama.

Air Fryer Pull-Apart Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 small round loaf or bread boule (sourdough or white)
  • 3–4 tbsp softened butter
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic paste)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional but tasty)
  • 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella (or mozz + cheddar blend)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for ✨vibes✨)

Prep

  1. Cut the bread
    Slice a crosshatch pattern into the loaf (don’t cut all the way through).
  2. Make garlic butter
    Mix butter, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
  3. Stuff it
    Pry open the cuts and spread garlic butter inside.
    Stuff generously with mozzarella and sprinkle parmesan all over.

Air Fry

  1. Wrap the loaf loosely in foil (this helps melt the cheese first).
  2. Air fry at 350°F / 175°C for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Unwrap and air fry another 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.

Serve

  • Finish with extra parsley or a pinch of chili flakes 🌶️
  • Pull apart while hot and stretchy (mandatory)

  • Add pepperoni bits or cooked bacon for chaos-good energy.
  • Use string cheese sticks if that’s what you’ve got—no shame.
  • If your air fryer runs hot, check at 6 minutes.
