Ingredients

- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 (14 oz) can crushed tomatoes or 1½ cups sugar-free marinara
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp fennel seeds (optional, very pizza)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Creamy finish
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan

- Fresh basil
Instructions
- Brown the sausage
In a large pot over medium heat, brown sausage until cooked through.
Drain excess grease if needed. - Build the flavor
