Here’s a fresh, crunchy Apple Salad with Honeycrisp Apples, Celery, Grapes, Pecans & Dried Cranberries—sweet-tart, creamy, and perfect for potlucks or fall meals 🍎🥗

Apple Salad (Honeycrisp Style)

Ingredients

  • 3 large Honeycrisp apples, cored and diced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped (toasted if you like)
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries

Creamy Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (keeps apples from browning)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep fruit & veg
    Dice apples and immediately toss with lemon juice.
  2. Make dressing
    In a small bowl, whisk mayo, honey, and salt until smooth.
  3. Combine
    In a large bowl, gently mix apples, grapes, celery, pecans, and cranberries.
  4. Dress
    Fold in dressing until evenly coated.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate 30–60 minutes for best flavor.
  6. Serve
    Stir once more before serving.

Tips & Variations

  • Lighter: Swap half the mayo for Greek yogurt
  • Extra crunch: Add thin-sliced fennel
  • Cheesy twist: Add small cubes of sharp cheddar
  • Holiday version: Add a pinch of cinnamon
  • No mayo: Use vanilla yogurt + honey
