Bay Leaf and Clove Herbal Tea
Ingredients (1–2 cups)
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 3–4 whole cloves
- 2 cups water
- Optional: honey, lemon, or cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Boil water
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. - Simmer herbs
Add bay leaves and cloves.
Reduce heat and simmer 10–15 minutes. - Strain & serve
Strain into a cup.
