Instructions

  1. Prepare pork chops: Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chops (optional but recommended): Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. Make honey garlic sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Prepare crunchy topping:
    • Mix breadcrumbs/panko with melted butter.
  5. Assemble:
    • Place seared pork chops in a baking dish.
    • Pour honey garlic sauce over the chops.
