2-Ingredient Crockpot Apple Butter Pork

Here’s an easy, no-fuss recipe for 2-Ingredient Crockpot Apple Butter Pork—sweet, savory, and incredibly tender.


Ingredients

  • 2–3 lb pork roast (pork loin or pork shoulder)
  • 1 cup apple butter

Instructions

  1. Add to crockpot
    • Place the pork roast in the slow cooker.
    • Spread the apple butter evenly over the top and sides of the pork.
  2. Cook
    • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork is very tender and easily shreds.
  3. Serve
    • Slice or shred the pork and spoon the apple butter sauce from the crockpot over the top.

Serving Ideas

  • Serve over mashed potatoes or rice
  • Use in sandwiches or sliders
  • Pair with roasted vegetables or green beans

Optional (still simple!)

If you want just a little extra flavor without complicating things:

  • Add salt & pepper to taste
  • Sprinkle garlic powder or onion powder before cooking
