2-Ingredient Crockpot Cola Chicken
Ingredients
- 1.5β2 lb (700β900 g) chicken
(breasts, thighs, or drumsticks β boneless or bone-in) - 1 can (330β355 ml / 12 oz) cola (regular, not diet)
Instructions
- Add to slow cooker
Place chicken in the crockpot in a single layer. - Pour cola
Pour the entire can of cola over the chicken. - Cook
- LOW: 6β7 hours
- HIGH: 3β4 hours
Chicken should be very tender and easy to shred.
- Serve
- Serve whole, or shred and spoon sauce over the top.
