Here’s a Keto “Three Musketeers”–Style Candy—light, fluffy chocolate center with a rich chocolate coating, all low-carb and sugar-free.


Keto Musketeer Candy (Low-Carb)

Ingredients (makes ~12 pieces)

Fluffy Center

  • ½ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Coating

  • ¾ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (keto-friendly)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter

Instructions

1. Make the fluffy filling

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cream, butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
  2. Stir constantly until smooth and thickened (about 3–5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Let cool slightly, then beat vigorously with a hand mixer or whisk for 2–3 minutes until lighter and fluffier.
  5. Chill 20–30 minutes until firm enough to shape.

2. Shape

  • Scoop and form small bars or balls.
  • Place on parchment-lined tray and freeze 15 minutes.

3. Coat in chocolate

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  2. Dip each candy, coating fully.
  3. Return to parchment and chill until set.

Storage

  • Store refrigerated up to 1 week
  • Freeze for longer storage
