Instructions
- Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a hot grill. Cut foil sheets (~12–14 inches long) for individual packs. - Prepare Potatoes
Toss diced potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Microwave 3–4 minutes or parboil 5 minutes to slightly soften. - Assemble Foil Packs
- Place potatoes, corn, and sausage in the center of each foil sheet.
