Creamy Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter dip)
  • ½ cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 2–3 tbsp pickle juice (to taste)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional add-ins

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (extra creamy)
  • Dash of hot sauce or cayenne

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in sour cream, pickle juice, garlic, dill, and onion powder.
  3. Fold in chopped pickles (and cheese, if using).
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Chill for 30–60 minutes for best flavor.

Serving Ideas

  • With crackers, pretzels, or potato chips
  • As a veggie dip (carrots, celery, cucumbers)
  • Spread on burgers, sandwiches, or wraps
