Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls
Makes: ~12–15 balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover stuffing (cold works best)
- 1 cup cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded
- 1 egg (binder)
- ¼ cup grated cheese (Parmesan, cheddar, or mozzarella – optional)
- 2 tbsp gravy or turkey stock (optional, for moisture)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional add-ins: chopped herbs, cranberries, green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing, turkey, egg, cheese, and any add-ins.
- If mixture feels dry, stir in 1–2 tbsp gravy or stock.
- Roll into golf-ball-sized balls and place on tray.
- Lightly spray or brush with oil.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
Pan-Fry Option (Extra Crispy)
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook balls, turning gently, until browned on all sides (about 8–10 minutes).
Serving Ideas
- Dip in warm gravy, cranberry sauce, or garlic aioli
