Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

Posted on January 6, 2026 by Admin

Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls are an easy, cozy way to reinvent holiday leftovers—crispy outside, tender inside.

Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

Makes: ~12–15 balls
Cook time: ~25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing (cold works best)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded
  • 1 egg (binder)
  • ¼ cup grated cheese (Parmesan, cheddar, or mozzarella – optional)
  • 2 tbsp gravy or turkey stock (optional, for moisture)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional add-ins: chopped herbs, cranberries, green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, mix stuffing, turkey, egg, cheese, and any add-ins.
  3. If mixture feels dry, stir in 1–2 tbsp gravy or stock.
  4. Roll into golf-ball-sized balls and place on tray.
  5. Lightly spray or brush with oil.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.

Pan-Fry Option (Extra Crispy)

  • Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook balls, turning gently, until browned on all sides (about 8–10 minutes).

Serving Ideas

  • Dip in warm gravy, cranberry sauce, or garlic aioli
  • Serve as an appetizer, side dish, or in a sandwich
  • Add to a bowl with mashed potatoes and veggies for a leftovers “holiday bowl”
