Crispy Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce

Here’s a crispy, juicy Chicken Tenders recipe with two easy dipping sauces—perfect every time 🍗✨


🍗 Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs (680 g) chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Breading

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1½ cups breadcrumbs or panko (panko = extra crispy)
  • Oil for frying (or see baked/air-fryer tip below)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken
    Toss chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Set up breading station
    • Bowl 1: flour
    • Bowl 2: eggs
    • Bowl 3: breadcrumbs
  3. Bread the tenders
    Coat chicken in flour → egg → breadcrumbs. Press crumbs on well.
  4. Cook
    • Pan-fry: Heat oil over medium heat. Cook tenders 3–4 min per side until golden and cooked through.
    • Drain on paper towels.

🥣 Easy Dipping Sauces

🍯 Honey Mustard

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard
    Mix and chill 10 minutes.

🧄 Garlic Ranch

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • Splash of lemon juice

🌟 Tips

  • For extra crunch: use panko + a little grated Parmesan
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan
  • Internal temp should reach 165°F (74°C)

🔥 Healthier Options

  • Air fryer: 380°F (193°C), 10–12 min, flip halfway
  • Oven: 425°F (220°C), 18–22 min on a rack
