Here’s a sweet, bakery-style Pecan Pie Muffins recipe — all the cozy flavors of pecan pie in an easy muffin 🥧🧁


🥧 Pecan Pie Muffins

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line or grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mix batter
    In a bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
    Stir in flour and salt, then fold in chopped pecans.
  3. Fill muffin cups
    Divide batter evenly (about ¾ full).
  4. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, until tops are set and lightly golden.
  5. Cool
    Let muffins cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then remove.

✨ Optional Add-Ons

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • A drizzle of maple syrup on top
  • Sprinkle of extra chopped pecans before baking
