Here’s a warm, cozy Apple Pie Biscuits recipe—soft biscuits filled with cinnamon apples and topped with a sweet glaze 🍎🥐


🍎 Apple Pie Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8-count, like Grands)
  • 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Optional glaze:
    • ½ cup powdered sugar
    • 1–2 tablespoons milk
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Separate biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
  3. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons apple pie filling into the center of each biscuit.
  4. Fold edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over biscuits.
  7. Drizzle melted butter on top.
  8. Bake 22–25 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm biscuits.
